Description

This initial booking fee will guarantee your support session whether its remote assistant, consultation or onsite visit and will be deducted from the overall cost of service.

once your have successfully paid the booking fee of £65 we will get in touch either by phone or email within 24hrs and your support will begin shortly after.

please note PC Doctor operates no fix no fee policy and will refund your booking fee if engineers cannot fix your problem, however, if an engineer can not fix your problem as result of malfunctioning hardware and you choose not to upgrade or purchase hardware from us, the booking fee shall not be refunded.
